Specialisation: coaching for men
Especially men often show unconsciously or consciously the need for professional mentoring. In making up for this loss, they show behavior which hide uncertainty or fear easily. They adjust themselves to their surroundings. They miss inspiring way of communication towards their team or subordinates. They might be on the brink of being discharged, as this seems the only possibility at a difficult collaboration.
